2. General information

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website, handle enquiries or carry out a cooperation. This website currently uses no tracking cookies, no analytics or marketing services and embeds no external map, font or video services.

3. Hosting and server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data, especially IP address, date and time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and requesting provider. Processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website and defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

According to the current status, the website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. A data processing agreement exists with the hosting provider where legally required.

4. Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you enter, in particular name, institution, email address, mobile phone number, specialty/role, message and information about a requested callback. Technically necessary data for securing the form is also processed.

The purpose of processing is to handle your cooperation or contact enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at cooperation, and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for other legitimate communication interests.

Please do not transmit patient data or original medical documents via the contact form.

If you contact us by phone or email, we process your details to handle the enquiry and possible follow-up questions. The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the processing purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
